Rooted Raw edition in Ulmale, Latvia on a land by the wild beach.

Most simple things tend to be also the most nourishing, recharging, and one could say even healing. Let’s remember our human nature by spending more time in nature.

• picking up your herbal teas from wild meadows,

• long walk on the beach with nature’s treasure hunt and your ikebana vase stone search,

• naked swim to connect back to your wild self,

• healing local food,

• warming up by the fire.

  Full surrender in natures arms. Something that has been nourishing and restoring me for many years and now I am ready to share with a small and intimate group of 8 of you. Our days will be hosted by pine trees, Baltic sea, me and my dear tea sister Olivia Renee from Switzerland.

We will gather on July 18th &19th 10am-5pm in Ulmale, Latvia, and enjoy lunch and snacks in between. Come for one or both days - accommodation not included, but can be found individually in the guest houses and villages near by.
